Exact delivery time depends on logistics company. Base on our experience, following details maybe for consultation.
We use ePacket if the delivery country supported by default. Otherwise, DHL will be applied by default. If you want to use different shipping method, you should indicated it when you submit the order.
Most of the orders is free shipping by ePacket, if your country do not support ePacket shipping method, shipping fee will be calculate base on the logistics selected.
I ordered multi items, Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address after payment cleared?
- It is easily modify the delivery address before package shipped out, you can modify it at the order detail page or contact us to do that.
- But once package was shipped out, Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment.
